We create in limited quantities. Every piece is intentional. To keep things fair for you and sustainable for us, we follow a strict exchange-first policy.

1. Exchange > Return (Primary Policy)

  • We do not offer refunds, only exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are applicable only for:

    • Size-related issues

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect item received

2. Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Product must not be damaged due to customer handling

If the item shows signs of wear, it will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Defective or Incorrect Product Received

We’ve got you covered.

  • Free replacement will be provided for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect items received

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video or clear images are mandatory for verification

This helps us prevent misuse and ensures fairness for everyone.

4. Size Exchange Policy

  • One-time size exchange allowed per order

  • Customer bears shipping charges for size exchanges

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

Limited drops mean limited flexibility.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited edition or drop-specific products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Innerwear and accessories (if applicable)

6. Refunds (Rare Exceptions Only)

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Approved exchange item is out of stock, or

  • We are unable to fulfill the exchange request

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

7. How to Request an Exchange

  • Reason for exchange

  • Photos or unboxing video (if applicable)
